To increase brand love and strengthen their position in youth culture, JBL has partnered up with DJ Martin Garrix to host the JBL Music Academy in Amsterdam. Young upcoming artists from all over the world are invited to the STMPD Studios to learn from experts, network and create.
Through the VICE lens we highlight The Music Academy, all 40 of the contestants, the learning program and much more.
Before and during and after the JBL Music Academy VICE create
s over 20 content pieces: contestant introductions, informative articles, Tik Tok vlogs, sit down interviews and a Back and Forth with international stars Martin Garrix and Virgil van Dijk. The campaign runs in 9 different markets and includes local talent(s) for each.
